About Andrew Hutchings Long Beach
Andrew Hutchings, of Long Beach, California, is passionate about a number of things. Over the course of his 40-year career, he has made a name for himself as a real estate tycoon. Andrew is known for his impressive home renovations, but unlike many of his competitors, he does not flip his restorations. In his nearly ten years at Century 21, Andrew learned the ropes of the real estate business. Andrew went to Long Beach State University simultaneously to earn his undergraduate degree. In addition to his degree in Business Finance, Andrew has a concentration in Real Estate. This prompted him to embark on this new venture, which showcased his talent. Andrew became a licensed broker at 22 years of age, and four years later opened his own office.
